19 Crimes Hard Chardonnay is both bold and strong. This rich, golden Chardonnay sports the aromas of stone fruits and has a sweet textured palate. Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

This cut of Apothic is a fragrant and succulent blend, snipped fresh from the vine to create ripe flavours of strawberry and watermelon. Apothic Rose derives its vibrant hue from an ancient winemaking practice called saignee, which means 'to bleed' intense colour from the grape's red skin. This limited release rose is best enjoyed chilled.

Riesling lends Apothic White its floral nose that is well-complemented by tropical notes from the Chardonnay. Pinot Grigio contributes refreshing flavours of peach and apricot to the palate, leading to crisp, balanced finish that lingers.

The grapes for Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural bright flavours and balance in the wine.
